Evaluations are available in English and Polish. When needed, professional interpretation services can be arranged to help individuals communicate fully in their preferred language. Interpreters are provided through independent third-party services and are available in a variety of languages for an additional fee.
The use of an interpreter does not alter the clinical standards of the evaluation. Dr. Mauro remains responsible for the assessment, interpretation of clinical information, and conclusions presented in the written report.

Professional fees vary based on the type of immigration evaluation, complexity of the referral, scope of the assessment, and services requested. Please contact Dr. Mauro to discuss the referral, anticipated services, and applicable fees.
The standard turnaround time for completed evaluation reports is approximately 2–3 weeks following the clinical interview and receipt of all necessary records and documentation.
Expedited services may be available upon request for an additional fee. Additional fees may also apply for services requiring substantial additional time, including extensive record review, multiple interview sessions, interpreter coordination, or other case-specific needs.
Payment is required prior to completion of the evaluation and written report.

No. Individuals may schedule an evaluation before or after retaining an attorney. If you are working with an attorney, Dr. Mauro will collaborate with your legal representative, with your written permission, to ensure the evaluation addresses the appropriate legal referral question.
Yes. Most immigration psychological evaluations can be completed securely through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform for individuals located in Pennsylvania or participating PSYPACT states. Please contact the office if you have questions about eligibility based on your location

The limits of confidentiality will be discussed before the evaluation begins. Reports are released only with appropriate authorization or as otherwise required by law.
